AI Task Priority Planner for Small Business
Compare up to six repeatable tasks. Lynara ranks only low-impact supervised pilot candidates by estimated net staff hours after human review. A sensitive or unapproved task never jumps to the top just because it appears to save more time.

Why the planner ranks hours only after a workflow passes the gate
A task that handles restricted customer information or sends unreviewed live changes can appear extremely attractive if you look only at minutes saved. That is the wrong ordering. The planner first applies the same human-oversight and data checks as our AI Workflow Suitability Checker. Only low-impact, approved, source-verifiable, human-reviewed draft workflows can enter the time-savings ranking. Internal or medium-impact work is marked “controls first,” while stop conditions remain unranked.
The ranking itself is deliberately simple: weekly task count × 52 ÷ 12 × (manual minutes − assisted minutes − human review minutes) ÷ 60. A task with negative net hours is not called a productivity win. This calculation says nothing about revenue, customer satisfaction or legal compliance. Once a real pilot has measured adoption and recurring software cost, use the Business AI ROI Calculator for the separate financial question.
