Review AI speech-to-text notes

AI Lecture Transcript Correction Log

Replay a recording you are allowed to use, compare it with the automatic transcript and record incorrect words, numbers, terms or missing negations. The tool never accesses your microphone, records a class, uploads audio or claims to transcribe it automatically.

Log a correction from the source recording

This page keeps the list only in this browser tab. You can add up to 10 corrections per review batch. Copy it before closing the tab. Do not paste other students' private information.

How to review an AI-generated lecture transcript

Start with the actual recording if you have consent and permission. Listen to short sections, compare terms, numbers, names, speakers and words such as not, and note the exact playback timestamp. The W3C Web Accessibility Initiative explains why automatic transcripts need human corrections and may change meaning in subtle ways.

Read our full transcript verification guide for a worked example and privacy considerations. This log is separate from the AI Claim Verification Tracker, which checks external factual claims and their original sources.
